2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be completely true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure, and in such cases there will be no obligation to return any deposited funds. 3. Account Responsibility & Security

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The withdrawal amount must come from funds earned after meeting the wagering requirements applicable to your deposited amount or any active bonus.

Withdrawal Verification: For withdrawal of significant amounts, identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be required.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus is offered on the first deposit at zg777, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20x, calculated on the bonus amount only.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw bonus winnings, you must place bets totalling the bonus amount, i.e. ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • The welcome bonus is granted only once per account.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
  • After receiving a bonus, wagering must be completed within a specified time limit, otherwise the bonus may be cancelled.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, zg777 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account.
  • Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or by using a VPN is strictly prohibited.
  • zg777 reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion or cancel a promotion at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets on zg777 are operated under fair and transparent rules. The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless there is a technical error.
  • The designated minimum and maximum bet limits for each game must be observed.
  • If a technical error generates abnormal odds or payouts, the bet in question will be considered void.
  • For sports betting, if an event is postponed or cancelled, adjustments will be made in accordance with zg777's established rules.

6.2 Special Conditions for Live Betting

During live betting (in-play), markets can change rapidly. zg777 will not be liable for any loss caused by a bet not being processed due to internet disconnection, delays, or any other technical issue. The live betting feature may be suspended at any time during an event.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the integrity and security of the zg777 platform:

  • Using a false identity or documents.
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or software to bet or play games.

  • Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other members.
  • Attempting to influence the outcome of any game.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

zg777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Refusal to provide verification information.
  • Financial irregularities or chargeback requests.
  • Being identified as an underage user.

9. Limitation of Liability

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons. zg777 accepts no liability for the following:

  • Loss of bets due to internet disconnection.
  • Issues caused by third-party servers or networks.
  • Software or hardware faults on the user's device.
  • Uncontrollable events (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
  • Service downtime during technical maintenance.

zg777's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the total deposited amount of that specific transaction.

10. Responsible Gaming
